Triangle entrepreneur Invoice Spruill joins Wilmington cloud banking agency nCino’s board

WILMINGTON – Triangle entrepreneur Invoice Spruill is the most recent member of the board at cloud banking agency nCino (NASDAQ: NCNO).

The information was introduced Tuesday.

“Invoice is a dynamic and entrepreneurial govt and we’re proud to welcome him to the nCino board,” stated Pierre Naudé, Chairman and CEO of nCino. “As considered one of North Carolina’s most distinguished tech founders with deep information experience and a powerful background in enterprise software program, Invoice’s expertise and perspective can be invaluable to nCino as we proceed to scale globally.”

Spruill was co-founder and former CEO of International Information Consortium, which was bought earlier this 12 months to the  London Inventory Change Group (LSEG) for $300 million.

Different board members embody Pam Kilday, former head of operations of Truist Monetary; Steven Collins, former EVP & CFO of ExactTarget; Jon Doyle, member of the board of administrators of, and present vice chairman, senior managing principal and head of the monetary companies group at, Piper Sandler; Jeffrey Horing, managing director at Perception Companions; William Ruh, president of Cairn Capital Administration; Spencer Lake, former vice chairman of worldwide banking and markets at HSBC; and Pierre Naudé, Chairman and Chief Govt Officer of nCino, on nCino’s Board of Administrators.
