Richard Hopkins, MD, MPH, and member of Sustainable Tallahassee had a pioneering imaginative and prescient and in 2017 created a “Carbon Scorecard” (up to date in 2018) that put collectively all measurable details about the quantities and sources of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions throughout Leon County.
